About the Role
As a JUNIOR painter candidate, you:
- are able to travel to job sites from Kanata to Orleans (minimum), and own a vehicle (preferred, not required)
- are adaptable to an inconsistent work schedule, depending on demand
- are experienced in customer experience (minimum), including liaising, communicating, and setting expectations regularly with home owners (preferred, not required)
- have some experience general labour (minimum); preference will given to those with 6 months-2 years painting experience (preferred)
- are skilled in painting techniques including cutting and backrolling (preferred, not required)
- have been part of a team in the labour industry (examples will be requested)
- demonstrate perseverance, initiative, and attention to detail (examples will be requested)
**Compensation ranges from $17.20-$25 per hour depending on level of experience
